This is a basic guide to using a pendulum for guidance.

Pendulums are used for answering Yes or No questions.

It is commonly thought that the guiding energy is coming from either your own intuition, spirit guides, angels, ancestors etc.

It is good to be clear about your energy and what you want. Have boundaries around who and what can connect with you.

To Start: Hold in your dominant hand, and with other hand, lightly touch and cleanse the energy down the chain to bottom of crystal.

Now holding with same/non dominant hand underneath...

Say "show me YES" and it will perform a movement- circle or other.

Now clear the energy down again

Say "show me NO" and it will perform a movement- circle or other.

You are ready to use your pendulum and understand the movements it is guiding you with.
